The indoor pool area was a great spot to unwind after a long day, providing a nice relaxing atmosphere.

Unfortunately, the soundproofing in the rooms left much to be desired, as I could easily hear conversations from the neighboring rooms.

The bed offered surprisingly good comfort for a night’s sleep, with decent sheets enhancing the experience.

However, the room was incredibly noisy. thin walls made it feel as if neighboring guests were right there with us. The thermostat didn't manage to warm the room adequately, leaving it chilly, and the furniture felt worn out and uncomfortable. I had to deal with a running toilet throughout the night, which muffled my chances of getting proper rest. Also, the breakfast hours were limited, only available until 8 or 9 am, which didn’t work well for a late riser like me.

Best Western Plus provided a spacious King Room with a wet bar, ensuring we had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness of the room was commendable, and the hot breakfast options were enjoyable. Staff were attentive, promptly addressing any concerns, and the indoor pool was a nice touch for relaxation after a long workday.

The breakfast hours could be improved for late risers.

The hot breakfast was pretty good! Our king room was clean, but the walls were thin, so we heard everything next door. Staff was nice, but we had to hunt for towels. 😅

The staff at this Best Western Plus were genuinely friendly, making check-in a breeze. I loved the cleanliness throughout the hotel. the lobby and room had a fresh smell. The bed was comfortable, and the housekeeping did a great job keeping everything tidy each day. The location is perfect, close to several chain and local restaurants. However, the breakfast options lacked variety and ended too early for my liking, only until 9 am. I also noticed the Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent, making it a bit frustrating for catching up on work. Lastly, the noise level in the rooms could be improved since it felt like conversations from next door were happening right in my room, which was disruptive at times.

The room had a great layout with clean floors, but the breakfast options were very limited and disappointing.

The tandoori dishes at local spots like Oaxaca Mexican Cuisine are a must-try! Our Queen Room with two queen beds was clean and comfy, making it feel like home. Plus, the fast Wi-Fi kept us connected throughout our stay!

Nice King Room with a wet bar. Had air conditioning, desk, hairdryer, microwave, fridge, and private bathroom. Loved the hot tub and spacious indoor pool. Fitness center was cool, too! Everything felt clean and comfy. Perfect for relaxing after a long day.

I was impressed by the hotel's cleanliness and the friendly staff! 😄 The location is perfect, easy access off I20, making travel a breeze. The breakfast options could use some love, but, overall, it was a good stay!

Everything was exactly right.

The King Room with Wet Bar was clean and spacious, perfect for relaxing. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, and the large photos of cutting horses added a nice touch to the decor. Plus, it was really nice to have hot water and a decent breakfast offered. A little tricky with the room key initially, but the staff fixed it right away.
